Net loan portfolio
A conviction, built over a decade.
Over the next decade, the business scaled with discipline.
In 2022, Finora obtained a banking licence from the European Central Bank, transforming into a regulated bank. In 2024, the Bank opened a branch in Estonia, returning with a full-service banking offering. Today, Finora operates across Lithuania and Estonia, combining SME lending with a platform-based model on a single scalable infrastructure.
The results reflect this trajectory. In 2025, the net loan portfolio more than tripled, while total income grew by 141% year-on-year and gross interest income by 122%.
The core lending business is established. Daily banking is live. The platform is built to scale beyond the current markets.
ECB-licensed bank
Enables deposit funding, capital efficiency, and scalable growth within a regulated framework.
Equity-efficient growth
Each €1 of equity supports €7–9 of lending, driving scalable returns within a regulated model.
Dual-engine approach
Direct SME lending builds the portfolio.
Banking-as-a-Service expands distribution.
Both operate on a single regulated infrastructure.
