LOAN AGREEMENTS RELATED FEES:

Agreement fee	Mortgage loan, microloan, creative loan: starting from 1,5% of the loan amount, no less than 125€ Leasing: starting from 1,5% of the cost of the leased object no less than 150€ Personal small loan, overdraft, Hire purchase: 25 €
Amendment of the agreement	Mortgage loan, microloan, creative loan 1% of the loan amount, no less than 100€ Hire purchase and Small loan: 1% of the loan amount, no less than 25€ Leasing 1% of the residual value of the leased object at the time of amending the contract, not less than 100€
Early repayment fee	Mortgage loan, Hire purchase and Small loan: 1% of early repaid credit amount if the period between the end of the credit contract and early repayment is more than 1 year and 0,5% of early repaid credit is respective period is less than 1 year. Leasing: 2% of early repaid credit amount if the period between the end of the credit contract and early repayment is more than 1 year and 1% of early repaid credit is respective period is less than 1 year.
Changing the payment date	First time it is free of charge

FEES RELATED TO THE BREACH OF AGREEMENT BY THE BORROWER:

Reminder e-mail (first two)

Free of charge

Fine level for delayed payment

Fixed in agreement, as a rule 2 times of the interest rate set in agreement

Debt collection costs

To a private customer:

Sending a notice of termination of the contract 5€
Sending a notice of ending the contract 5€

To a juridical person:

Sending a notice of termination of the contract 25€
Sending a notice of ending the contract 50€

CONVENIENCE SERVICES (do not valid for the leasing contracts, there will be valid only the provisions of the contract apply):

Participation in notary proceedings outside of Tallinn	It depends on how far it is from Tallinn, minimum fee is from 150€
Insurance of the collateral (insurance payment will be added to the service fee)	25€
Physical inspection of collateral (if the loan amount exceeds 100,000 €)	Minimum fee is 150€

OTHER AGREEMENT RELATED COSTS:

In addition to borrowing costs also costs related to insurance and mortgage setting will occur. The size of those costs depend on fees of respective service providers and government set duties. AS Finora Capital has no influnce on the level of those costs.
